Shipping & Installation Policy

1. What Is Your Shipping Policy?

FREE SHIPPING in Klang Valley purchase more than RM150.
FREE SHIPPING if customers purchased Installation services.

For others places,
We will take 1-2 working days to process the order.
The delivery charge according to GDEX.

For purchaser out of Klang Valley area, all orders are delivered through GDEX and will require a signature upon delivery. Delivery lead times are 3-5 Working Days in West Malaysia.

We couldn’t provide delivery to east Malaysia

2. Installation Services

I. Our installations agents provide installation services from Monday ~ Saturday 10.00am ~ 04.30pm (Excluding Public Holidays)

II. Minimum charges per trip for installation is RM150.

Eg 1, Purchase only 1 product and installation charges is RM45, system will charge RM150

Eg 2, Purchase 2 products and the installation charges is RM90, system will charge RM150

Eg 3, Purchase 5 products and the installation charges is RM225, system will charge RM225

Eg 4, Purchase 10 product and the installation charges is RM450, system will charge RM450

III.  Installations services applicable for products able to choose [assembly] within the product page. Products do not provide option for assembly is non provided.

IV. Only applicable to Selected Klang Valley area.

V. Installations charges for dismantle and products installations only. Any Extra works or accessories is chargeable.

VI. Piping ready is mandatory before installation of water taps and Water closer (Toilet bowl)

VII. Our installers and agents will be extremely careful on drilling works, but we unable to guarantee the replacement of same tiling and piping.

VIII. Please check and sign on the job sheet after work done.

3. Can I Choose My Own Courier Service Agent?

Sorry, purchaser unable to choose own courier service.

4. Self-Pickup

you may choose to self-pick up at our HQ or any branches.
Please refer to BRANCHES for our address and Google map.
Pick up hour follow our branches’ business hours.

Pick-up (Available to collect in store within 5 working days)

  1. Self-pickup is within 5 days.
  2. Once your order is ready for pickup, you will receive an email/SMS notification on your order collection details with the order number or customer can retrieve your order number under order history
  3. When collecting your order, please present your order number for verification purpose.
  4. Self-pick-up can be collected by your representative by providing the order number.
  5. Self-pickup order that has not been collected after 5 days will not be reserved. Please contact our hotline for if you want to reserve for a certain period.

5. Do You Offer International Shipping?

Currently, we are only selling in Malaysia and major in Klang Valley. If you reside outside of Malaysia and are interested in trying our products, you may drop us a message.

6. Changing Receiving Time

If you are unavailable to collect your delivery, please call our hotline 016-322 1210 in one day (24 hours) or drop an email to sales@wiltek.com.my in advance to re-arrange the delivery. However, we are unable to guarantee that all orders will be delivered within the stipulated time frame. We shall not be liable for any losses, liabilities, costs, damages, charges or expenses arising out of late delivery.
