For purchaser out of Klang Valley area, all orders are delivered through GDEX and will require a signature upon delivery. Delivery lead times are 3-5 Working Days in West Malaysia.

I. Our installations agents provide installation services from Monday ~ Saturday 10.00am ~ 04.30pm (Excluding Public Holidays)
II. Minimum charges per trip for installation is RM80.
Eg 1, Purchase only 1 product and installation charges is RM30, system will charge RM80
Eg 2, Purchase 2 products and the installation charges is RM60, system will charge RM80
Eg 3, Purchase 5 products and the installation charges is RM150, system will charge RM150
Eg 4, Purchase 10 product and the installation charges is RM300, system will charge RM300

III. Installations services applicable for products able to choose [assembly] within the product page. Products do not provide option for assembly is non provided.
IV. Only applicable to Klang Valley area.
V. Installations charges for dismantle and products installations only. Any Extra works or accessories is chargeable.
VI. Piping ready is mandatory before installation of water taps and Water closer (Toilet bowl)
VII. Our installers and agents will be extremely careful on drilling works, but we unable to guarantee the replacement of same tling and piping.

However, we are unable to guarantee that all orders will be delivered within the stipulated time frame. Terms & Conditions for 1 to 1 exchange
1. Applicable for same or lower price products.
2. Pay the balance amount if exchanging higher price products.
3. All exchange must be done within our branches.
4. Exchanging different category products is applicable
eg, purchasing kitchen sink tap at first and willing to exchanging towel racks are applicable
5. Maximum period for exchanging is 180 days counted from the invoicing date.
6. Strictly applicable for GINO, eTEK, Pasiano & VAL products only.
7. We will not questioning for exchange with below conditions

II. No scratch or damages on the products
8. Not applicable for clearances & promotional products
9.Original receipt / invoice is MANDATORY.
