2. Installation Services
I. Our installations agents provide installation services from Monday ~ Saturday 10.00am ~ 04.30pm (Excluding Public Holidays)
II. Minimum charges per trip for installation is RM80.
Eg 1, Purchase only 1 product and installation charges is RM30, system will charge RM80
Eg 2, Purchase 2 products and the installation charges is RM60, system will charge RM80
Eg 3, Purchase 5 products and the installation charges is RM150, system will charge RM150
Eg 4, Purchase 10 product and the installation charges is RM300, system will charge RM300

5. Do You Offer International Shipping?
Currently we are only selling in Malaysia and major in Klang Valley. If you reside outside of Malaysia and are interested in trying our products, you may drop us a message.
6. Changing Receiving Time
If you are unavailable to collect your delivery, please call our hotline 016-322 1210 in one day (24 hours) or drop an email to email@example.com in advance to re-arrange the delivery. However, we are unable to guarantee that all orders will be delivered within the stipulated time frame. REGISTRATION AND ACCOUNT SECURITY

Once you have selected a product that you wish to order, you will then be shown (on the website) the charges you must pay including taxes, if applicable, and any applicable delivery charges.
Customer shall pay for the order in full at the time of ordering by supplying us with your credit card details from a credit card company acceptable to us, which we require in order to process your order. Alternatively, you may pay by online banking.
We shall not be obliged to supply the product to you until we have accepted your order. An order shall be formed and we shall be legally bound to supply the product to you when we accept your order. Acceptance shall take place when we expressly accept your order by email to you, in the form of a document called a “Confirmation of Order” stating that we are accepting your order.
Until the time when we accept your order, we reserve the right to refuse to process your order and you reserve the right to cancel your order.
The Company may cancel an order if the product is not available for any reason. We will notify you if this is the case and return any payment that you have made. Refund will be credited into Customer’s bank account depending on the period of time your financial institution required to arrange for the refund.

RETURN / REFUND
Products are non-refundable except Wiltek cancel the order as paragraph 20 stated. A refund shall be refunded at the price which you had paid at the point of ordering.
You shall examine the goods immediately upon collection/delivery for any deficiencies and/or damages. Claims (if any) must be lodged to our customer service hotline +6016 322 1210 at the time of collection/ delivery; otherwise, we shall have the discretion to refuse your claim.
For product collected from our warehouse which is found to be defective and/or is damaged inside the packaging after collection, you may return and bring back the defective product to the store where you collected the product within 7 days. You must present a valid receipt of the purchase for the return.
For home delivery, you may hand any faulty or damaged goods, or incorrect items back to the driver at the time of delivery, we will process new product resend within 2 working days or refund within 30 days vary based on respective cases. If you discover any defect or damage inside the packaging after the delivery process, please send us an email to firstname.lastname@example.org, with a valid receipt for our customer service to assist you.
Exchange of the product or refund for the product can be arranged for the following reasons:
If the product is obviously damaged upon collection at the store / at time of delivery.
If the product is damaged inside packaging after collection/ delivery; and you contact customer service within 7 days.
If the product ordered is different from the item collected at the store/ delivered.
We will inspect the returned product upon return by you. If one or more of the conditions in paragraph 24 above is fulfilled, you are entitled to choose between an exchange of the product if the product is available in our stock.
We accept payment by Visa, MasterCard, Online Banking. Please note that we do not receive cash on delivery.
